Residential

For our residential real estate clients, in addition to the floor plan, we also deliver the Broker Load Data Sheet which lists the room names and the respective imperial and metric measurements. The spreadsheet is delivered at no additional cost and is formatted so that it can be uploaded directly to your new real estate listing.

Commercial and Industrial

Included with any commercial or industrial measuring is a spreadsheet that shows the building and unit areas calculated according to relevant industry standards (e.g., BOMA, SIOR, etc.) in addition to lease standards, if different.

Multi-Residential

For multi-residential buildings, we summarize unit types and areas by floor along with other key information required for your building operations.

Area calculations of any surface or area type can be tablulated such as balcony sizes, roof area suitable for communication towers, total area of various flooring types, etc.

Since our technicians are accessing most areas of a building, we can easily collect additional data upon request.
