Digital floor plans are a useful marketing tool; they’re easy to post online so potential tenants can see unit layout, landscaping and amenities. It’s a great way to speed up the decision-making process – and boost your occupancy rate.

PLANiT will use MeasuringBoard technology to measure your units and produce accurate, easy to understand CAD floor plans showing detailed room configurations, demising walls, unit type and square footage. Each unique unit is produced on a separate sheet.

We provide plans in any digital format and can plot them in larger scales up to D-size paper. We can also draw plans for underground parking garages and fire safety compliance; our fire layouts can be filed with your local fire department.
