While we are a Professional Engineering firm, our technology and processes allow us to keep pricing significantly more competitive than having a traditional Engineer or Architect create your digital plans. Pricing for most of our products is based on the total measured area. The rates used vary depending on the property type, the amount of data that has to be collected and the specific product. Q: Our industrial buildings consist of large open spaces. Do you charge per square foot for these areas as well?
Yes. We charge a rate per square foot, however, our industrial rates are much lower; starting at less than two cents per square foot.
Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes. We have a minimum charge per site visit. The amount varies depending on the product and property type. For specific pricing, please contact us directly.
Q: If you have to make several return trips to my building, is that going to cost me more?
The only additional charge for a return visit is if we were not able to gain access to the required areas during our initial, pre-arranged site visit.
Q: Do you require an up-front deposit?
For most residential and commercial properties, we do not require a deposit. However, we will require a valid credit card to confirm the appointment. For large projects, please expect to pay a 25% retainer prior to the site visits.
