We’ve found that buildings resurveyed to BOMA 1996 Standards typically have a 3-5% increase in gross RSF, which more than offsets the cost of plan preparation.
Q: Do you provide engineering design services? Do you do structural, electrical or mechanical systems inspections/surveys?
We do not provide design or consulting services. However, we can indicate on the floor plans any fixtures that you would like to incorporate such as electrical or data outlets. Please contact us with your specific project details.
Q: Do you survey land?
No. We measure buildings and attached structures such as loading docks, decking, balconies, etc. However, we can prepare site, landscaping and parking plans. Property lines can be included on our drawings as long as a site survey is available.
Q: Can you convert hard copy blueprint drawings into CAD? Can you verify the accuracy of the measurements?
Yes. We can create CAD drawings using your hard copy blueprints and, we can verify the accuracy of your CAD files with onsite verification.
