Mike began his career as a designer and builder of residential and light commercial space. His qualifications include a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and certification by the Association of Professional Engineers to perform commercial space audits.

In 1993, Mike recognized the need for qualified professionals within the building measuring and floor plan industry. In response, he founded PLANiT Measuring^® and has since developed the award winning, patent-pending MeasuringBoard^® system. Under his guidance, PLANiT has become a recognized leader in professional building measuring.

Krista has held a number of diverse product development and senior management roles in the property acquisition, valuation and insurance industries. Her experience introducing new technologies and customer-focused services helps ensure that PLANiT continues to provide award-winning products and services to its customers.

Director, Business Development

Alberto brings a strong background in Architecture as well as Project and Account Management.  Alberto is helping PLANiT shape its Building Information Modeling (BIM) platform to support process improvement and sustainability.  His experience maximizing the use of Information Technology for the Real Estate Industry makes him a valuable asset to PLANiT and its partners.

Andra brings a solid understanding of the real estate community and what it takes to be successful. After many years in the home inspection industry, she knows the business from both sides. Andra is an accomplished RECO presenter and course creator, has a proven track record of introducing new and exciting products and is dedicated to meeting the needs of PLANiT’s clients.

Hitendra was one of PLANiT’s first employees and has been instrumental in shaping the company and its technology. David holds the position of Secretary & General Counsel for Magna Powertrain, a subsidiary of Magna International. David was previously the Principal of a successful business and real estate law practice.
